State fees are public and the same for everyone. Online filing with a qualified electronic signature costs half of paper filing.

Questions about prices
01What does the final price include?
Our fee, the state fee for online filing and, where stated, notary costs. Bank fees for the capital account are paid to the bank.
02What about notary, apostille and translation costs abroad?
These are charged by the notary, the apostille authority and the translator in your country, so they are not in our price. We tell you which documents need them.
03Are prices in euro?
Yes. Bulgaria uses the euro since 1 January 2026, and all state fees are in euro.
